Home Alone Critter Care was founded with the goal of offering loving care to pets in a professional and reliable manner.

Founder, Kim Fitzgerald, takes the responsibility seriously. Kim has an extensive background in both business and animal care. She worked as a professional dog groomer through her college years and later managed a veterinary office where she trained and worked as a surgical veterinary nurse.

Kim continues to study animal behavior, training and care. She is a member of Pet Sitters International, setting the highest standards in the industry. She is insured and has supplemental bonding insurance through Pet Sitter's Associates. Kim has raised show quality llamas since 1994. Her current household includes three dogs and four cats.
